Biblical Reliability
The books below represent a variety of approaches Christian scholars have utilized in defending the Bible. The writings of Francis Schaeffer in particular are recommended.
I read through The Complete Works of Francis A. Schaeffer a few years ago. This was at a time when my life and beliefs were in turmoil. His books helped me to begin to understand what the Christian faith is really all about. They laid the foundation for my theology and apologetic approach.
A purchase of his Complete Works would be worth every penny! In lieu of this, individual works by him are also available. The ones listed below deal with the Scriptures. They are all contained in Vol. 2 of his Complete Works: A Christian View of the Bible as Truth.
